Junior PHP Developer for Internal Apps

Junior PHP Developer (Internal Apps) – Full-Time, Long-Term, $500/month,20h per week, 84h a month. We're looking for a motivated junior developer to join us full-time and help build internal applications. You'll work in short 5-day sprints, take part in planning, and ship real features every week. We use Claude Code heavily in our workflow, so you'll be pairing with AI tools daily and learning fast. What you'll do Plan, build, and deliver internal web apps in 5-day sprints Write clean PHP backend code and solid frontend JavaScript Use Claude Code as part of your daily development workflow Manage your work with Git (branches, commits, pull requests) Take part in sprint planning and reviews What we're looking for Solid PHP fundamentals (junior level is fine, but you should be comfortable building features on your own) Decent frontend skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS Working knowledge of Git Willingness to learn new tools and skills, especially AI-assisted development Reliable, communicative, and able to work in a structured sprint process Nice to have Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI coding tools Familiarity with a PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) optional Any exposure to REST APIs or databases (MySQL/Postgres) Details Full-time, long-term position $500 USD/month fixed, 20h per week, 84h a month.
