Odoo 17 Enterprise developer (Odoo.sh) for on-call support of custom modules, ongoing

We’re an industrial electric motor repair shop in Memphis, TN, with about 22 people. We run Odoo 17 Enterprise on Odoo.sh with several custom modules, including job costing, repair jobs, manufacturing orders and payments. Our outside Odoo partner is leaving, and we handle day-to-day support in-house. We need one experienced developer on call for custom-module work we can’t handle ourselves. What you’d do: Diagnose and fix bugs in our custom modules (Python, XML views, access rules, scheduled jobs) Work only on branches and staging, and open a pull request for every change. We review and merge to production; you never deploy to production. Write short notes on what you changed and why Typical volume: a few hours a month, with occasional urgent requests Start with a paid trial (fixed price, about 4–6 hours): Get our code running on an Odoo.sh staging branch Read the custom modules and send a 1–2 page summary: what each module does, code quality concerns, and what would need to change to upgrade to Odoo 19 Requirements: 3+ years with Odoo, recent work on version 17 Odoo.sh and GitHub pull request workflow Custom module development, not just configuration Accounting or manufacturing module experience is a strong plus Available during US Central business hours for urgent issues, with same-day response on emergencies Willing to sign an NDA and an agreement that all code belongs to us Nice to have: has done a v17 → v19 migration. That may become a separate project. Contract: Hourly, ongoing. Fixed-price trial first. Must be able to respond to request in US Central Time Zone
