The scope includes premium coastal design refinement, approved responsive pages including Commercial, approved content migration, lead capture and email notifications to my email address, live residential and commercial listings through direct OBAR / Paragon OpenMLS integration, SEO migration, production configuration, QA, launch, and handoff of the SoftDoes GitHub repository to me. From Blue Roof BuytheOuterBanks.com Remove sample listings, unverified sales, placeholder testimonials, unsupported claims, misleading sample data, and nonoperational portal or saved-search links before launch. Migrate BuyTheOuterBanks.com from Blue Roof with verified redirects, canonicals, sitemap, robots configuration, relevant schema, analytics or Tag Manager, Search Console, DNS, HTTPS, and email continuity, followed by agreed post-launch monitoring. Verify access to Blue Roof exports, Search Console, Analytics or GTM-KB2S8SQC, approved content, media, and coordinated Namecheap DNS changes before dependent work. Include the Commercial page in the initial launch scope and use my referenced Google Drive form as the requirements source. Review the actual form before finalizing fields or behavior rather than treating the current Lovable placeholder as complete.
