Tech Lead, AWS Infrastructure and Python — North America or South America Only

Hiring a tech lead to own cloud architecture and guide a small team. Design and build AWS infrastructure, set technical direction, break down work for teammates. Stack: Python and common Python frameworks, infrastructure as code, networking, security, cost-aware design. Comfortable scoping projects end to end, writing specs, reviewing work. Not a pure coding role. Five plus years software or infrastructure engineering, deep hands-on AWS, solid Python, track record leading or mentoring.
